All-Hallow E'en Art Path
During the month of October, downtown Albany will transform into an autumn wonderland with fall-themed window displays and outdoor murals at several businesses along Maiden Lane and in Quackenbush Square. Explore this art path any time of day!

New York State Capitol Hauntings Tour
Who is the phantom nightwatchman who still makes his eerie, evening rounds? Which US Presidents have returned to the Capitol building after departing the realm of the living? In Our Own Voices Halloween House Ball
Attend the second annual Halloween House Ball in Albany! Hosted by In Our Own Voices, this event calls upon 1980s ballroom culture where POC LGBTQ+ youth participated in competitive dance, lip-syncing, and runway walks.
The house ball brings a modern twist to the 1904 & 1905 All-Hallow E'en Festival. During the original festival, a Halloween Queen Titania was crowned. At the House Ball, a pageant participator will be chosen as a winner and named as an ambassador. The ambassador will serve as a leader in our community and advocate for the health and wellness of LGBTQ+ POC throughout the region.
