Hit the Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail to cycle across the entire county. Or, you can explore the riverfront using the Mohawk-Hudson Bike Trail or Colonie Riverfront Bike-Hike Trail. Additional trails are available in parks all across the Capital Region including the the Crossings of Colonie, Albany Pine Bush Preserve, and John Boyd Thacher State Park.
