On Saturday and Sunday, September 21 & 22, 2024, the Altamont Fair is hosting our first
Harvest and Wine Festival. It will take place from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. on Saturday, 10 A.M. to 5
P.M. on Sunday at the Altamont Fairgrounds, 129 Grand Street, Altamont, NY. The festival will
take place at Gate 3 in multiple buildings and outside on the Fairgrounds. There is plenty of free
parking available and our buildings are handicap accessible.
1. Wine tasting in the 1890’s Building, $8 – this is a big draw for a lot of people!
2. Bands are booked – TBA on Saturday, Tame the Rooster and Big Sky Country for
Sunday
3. Free kids’ area will include bouncy houses, hay maze, face painting, miniature golf, horse
drawn wagon rides, and petting zoo.
4. Free Haunted House in our Farm House Museum.
