Inspiration 
The Albany Distilling Company is a modest operation, producing craft spirits one small batch at a time. It is located in downtown Albany, not far from the site of the city's original 18th century distillery. Utilizing Albany Distilling Company's products, the head mixologist at Yono's/dp, An American Brasserie created this Albany-inspired cocktail.
Mixology
1 1/2 oz Ironweed Bourbon
3/4 oz of Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
2 Dashes Lemon Bitters
2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Combine over ice in highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon twist-wrapped candied ginger cube.
