Inspiration
In 1609, Henry Hudson and his Dutch crew discovered the area now known as Albany and began a profitable fur trade. The area grew into a small settlement that remained Dutch in language and culture until the American Revolution. Today, Dutch influences can be seen and experienced throughout Albany.

2 oz Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
1/2 oz Dark Crème de Cacao
Splash of Half and Half
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
