Where to Take Photos with the Easter Bunny 

Crossgates Mall

Hop on over to Crossgates for a photo with the Easter Bunny available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through March 30!  Pet photos are also available while the bunny is in townThe Easter Bunny is located on the lower level across from APEX Entertainment. Each child will receive a gift from It's Sugar, APEX Entertainment and 110 Grill with photo purchase.

On Sunday, March 24, APEX Entertainment is hosting an Easter Bunny Breakfast. This pancake breakfast is $25 per family and includes a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny, 30-minute arcade card and a goodie bag.

Pruyn House

Get your family's Easter photos with Jelly Bean, the Easter Bunny at the Pruyn House on March 23. Slots are $25 each, call 518-783-1435 to make your reservation by Wednesday, March 20. Each child visiting the Easter Bunny will go home with a treat. Don’t forget to bring your own camera and to dress your best! 

Colonie Center

Bring your little ones to Colonie Center to say "cheese!" with the Easter Bunny. Through March 30th, the Easter Bunny is available for photos on the lower level of the mall near Macy's. On March 20th and March 27th, bring your well-behaved furry friends for Pet Photos with the Easter Bunny! Pets must be leashed or in a carrier at all times.

Easter Egg Hunts 

Colonie Center

Have an egg-cellent time at Colonie Center's Annual Egg Hunt on March 23 from 10 AM to 2 PM. The Easter Bunny is hopping into town and will leave a trail of eggs for little ones to find. Enjoy the egg hunt, face painting, arts and crafts, giveaways and more in Center Court. 

Dick's House of Sport

Hop on over to Latham for the first annual Easter Egg Hunt at Dick's House of Sport on March 30. Registration begins at 9 AM; egg hunts are broken down by age group. Join House of Sport's PGA Golf Pro, Gerry on the putting green for Golden Egg on the Green. Hit the bullseye on the target and score a golden egg holding a fun prize! 

Ten Broeck Mansion

Though the annual Easter Egg Hunt at the historic Ten Broeck Mansion is currently full, it's not too late to join the waitlist in case a spot opens up! The egg hunt takes place the morning of March 29 and is separated by age group. Children can enjoy the egg hunt and win free art and school supplies, Easter treats, and take-home art discovery kits. There will be free decorated tote bags available, a free pysanki egg art project, and a pysanki egg and Easter basket decorating demonstration!

Washington Park

Join the City of Albany and more community partners for an egg hunt at the Washington Park Playground on March 24. Lasting from 12 PM to 1:30 PM, this free Easter extravaganza is designed for children up to the 5th grade. Enjoy free hotdogs, music, and a variety of interactive booths!

Indian Ladder Farms

Follow the bunny trail to Altamont for Indian Ladder Farm's fun-filled weekend of Easter events. From 11 AM to 1 PM on both Saturday, March 30 and Easter Sunday, March 31, enjoy a children's Easter Egg Hunt! Make sure to stop by the baby animals days exhibit after the hunt to meet and pet baby animals, including chicks, lambs, and goats. Adults can enjoy an easter egg hunt of their own starting at 4 PM on Saturday, each participant has the chance to spin the Prize Wheel winning anything from free merch or free drinks from the Indian Ladder Farms Cidery & Brewery

City of Cohoes

Resident of Cohoes? Bring your baskets to Lansing Park for the City of Cohoes Easter Egg Hunt on March 23. This community event for Cohoes children will be broken down into three separate age groups. Enjoy a visit from the Easter Bunny himself and special awards for children in each category who find the Special Egg.

Albany Institute of History & Art

For a lovely afternoon on Easter, explore the Albany Institute of History & Art. Currently on display is Sign of the Rabbit: The Colorful World of Hunt Slonem. Born in the year of the rabbit, Slonem's work is known for its playful nature with colorful bunnies decorating his canvases. 

The New York State Museum

This family friendly museum is open on Easter. Explore New York's history through a series of exhibits. Learn about the lives of Indigenous people in New York State from over 13,000 years ago through a series of dioramas and artifacts, uncover how Albany County appeared during the Ice Ages by visiting the skeleton of the Cohoes Mastodon, and enjoy a ride on The Carousel. a fully-functional artifact built in 1914.

110 Grill

Reserve a seat at 110 Grill in Crossgates Mall to enjoy all the features of their Easter Brunch menu. Enjoy everything from lemon beignets to breakfast tacos to bananas foster stuffed french toast. Starting your holiday with an early morning egg hunt? Perk up with espresso beverages or a double espresso martini, 110 Irish coffee, an adult mocha iced coffee or one of the restaurant's other delicious options. 110's full menu will also be available during brunch hours. 

June Farms

Enjoy delicious brunch options from Crafted Catering and Events at the annual Easter Weekend at June Farms. Brunch dishes include apple pie stuffed French toast, egg frittatas, smoked salmon bagels, Philly cheesesteaks and more. While at June Farms, enjoy professional photos with the Easter Bunny, an Easter Egg Hunt, and the chance to meet some farm animals. Brunch items and tickets for the event are sold seperately. 

Crowne Plaza Albany - The Desmond Hotel

Though brunch is sold out at Mr. D's Restaurant and Lounge, bring your family for dinner for their special curated menu on Easter Sunday. Enjoy a variety of options including a baked ham, prime rib, tiramisu, carrot cake and more! The restaurant's regular dinner menu will also be available and will be served alone from 5:30 PM until closing. Reservations are required and book up fast, so make sure to call 518-640-6092 to secure your spot. 

The Century House

Enjoy Easter dinner in the cozy atmosphere of this landmark Latham destination. The Century House is offering a 3-course dinner to enjoy on March 31st. Start with a choice of lobster bisque or a house salad, then order a main course of prime rib, lamb shank, turkey and ham and more all served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Completer your meal with a dessert of chocolate mousse, cheesecake, or raspberry creme brulee.

The Century House

Hosting Easter dinner at home? Take the cooking off your hands and order dinner to-go from The Century House. Order a half or whole spiral ham or a half or whole prime rib complete with rosemary roasted potatoes, carrots, green beans, parker house rolls, mac and cheese, sauce, and chocolate pie. Place orders online or over the phone by March 22. Warm up instructions will be included with every order.

Order a tasty Easter brunch or a mouth-watering Easter dinner from Nicole's Catering Easter Express Menu. Brunch options include coconut macadamia nut french toast casserole and a classic quiche lorraine.
