Recovery Sports Grill (Downtown Albany)

Overview

The Albany Recovery Sports Grill was the first of the Capital Region's 6 locations. The Recovery Sports Grill started as the Recovery Room Sports Grill, a single location across from the Albany Medical Center. The name, of course, was taken from its close proximity to the hospital. Don, the owner, not only hoped the restaurant would cater to the local sports buffs, but also serve as an escape for those who were at the hospital during a trying time. It would be their place to “recover.”


From our eye catching decor to the comfortable tables and booths, we custom designed our sports bar and grill with you, the sports fan, in mind. Our sports memorabilia was picked out to initiate constant conversation and to be the best Sports Bar in the Capital Region.


Recovery Sports Grill is a family restaurant for sports enthusiasts who enjoy watching live sports combined with excellent and affordable dining. With over 50 TV and HD satellite receptions, this is the place to be for every sports fan. There's not a bad seat in the house (including TVs at our patio and even our restrooms – you wont miss a play.) Our bartenders and servers are friendly, attentive to your needs, and of course always in the line up to give you speedy service. Come in for lunch, dinner, or take out!
