Inspiration
La Serre is housed in a building dating back to the mid 1800's, and it is certain that many imbibed at 14 Green Street over the years. Certainly, during Prohibition, as documented by our frequent customer and Pulitzer Prize recipient, William Kennedy. There is much evidence of Dutch Colonial Architecture at La Serre, located only a block from the Hudson River. Blending a antioxidant fruit with hooch can only be a winner!
Mixology
5 oz. chilled Sparkling Prosecca
1 oz Pomegranate Liqueur
Splash of Roses Lime Juice
Garnish with lime pinwheel
Combine over ice in old fashioned glass.
