Walking Tour of Albany
We welcome you to explore the fascinating history and magnificent architecture of Albany by embarking on a self-guided walking tour of the city's historic downtown district.
The tours begin at the Albany Heritage Area Visitors Center, located at the corner of Broadway and Clinton Avenue. Parking is available behind the Visitors Center via Spencer Street off Broadway. Be sure to visit the Center's exhibit gallery that highlights Albany's history, and to shop for Albany gift items and locally made products in the gift shop.
