In 1998, Bountiful Bread was a small, 1,600 square foot bread operation. When the bread received rave reviews, the concept evolved from a bakery to serving sandwiches, soups, desserts and everything in between.
Bountiful quickly outgrew its modest space and in May 2004, the restaurant debuted a 4,800 square foot café, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In 2014, Bountiful Bread underwent a renovation that would not only unveil a more modern, sleek brand but also showcase the true scratch bakery that Bountiful is. Whether you stop in to grind your own Nut Butter, grab a cup of our freshly prepared soups or nosh on one of our signature salads or sandwiches made on freshly baked bread, we know you will not be disappointed.
The team at Bountiful Bread, led by founder David White, represents over 150 years in the restaurant business. The experience and knowledge of overseeing over 30 restaurants in the country, allows Bountiful Bread to be the innovator in all things ‘café.’
