The site has a very large 1760 Dutch Barn, which can seat up to 140. It is located directly on the Mohawk River, a unique and beautiful space for weddings, showers, picnics, reunions etc. Also on site is the new George E. Franchere Education Center which holds a large lecture hall, a conference room and an outside pavilion which can also be rented out for weddings, receptions, meetings, picnics etc.
