Reserve a specific area, or rent dedicated space for a private corporate/organization/family gathering!
First Floor: Holds 125, with seating for 100. There is a gorgeous wrap-around marble bar, walk-out access to the outside cafe, private bathrooms, and HC accessibility.
Second Floor: Holds 125 with seating for 100. Beautiful overlook to downstairs, two-story glass windows, dedicated bar, and private bathrooms.
Entire Facility: For a large conference group, the entire facility is available for rental - Outside Cafe, Atrium Seating, Upstairs, and Downstairs; with room for up to 350.
Amenities:
- Organizations may send us photos/logos to display on the numerous screens throughout the facility, or even a slide show featuring their group.
- Tech center with wi-fi is outfitted for presentations and displays. Ask us, and we'll make it happen!!!!
- Extremely reasonably priced catering is available, or individual attendees may order off of menu.
- There's a full bar with 16 beers on tap. Groups can run a tab, offer tickets for a pre-determined number of drinks, or request individual pay.
- There is ample free parking.
- We can create themed drinks, and clients are able to bring in a photo booth or DJ if desired.
