The Hot Yoga Spot has been invited to participate in the City of Albany’s Tulip Festival this year with a free yoga class on Mother’s Day morning. They will be hosting a yoga session at the Tulip Fest main stage on Sunday, May 14th at 9:00 a.m. They will also be leading kids yoga classes on the Wellness Stage at 3:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
