On Saturday, July 20 at 7 pm, Gatherer's Granola and Riverside Maple Farms are partnering with Field Notes NY for a 5-course dining experience at Lansing Farms in Colonie, New York. Each course will feature dishes created by chefs Joan Porambo and Kyle Macpherson using Gatherer's granola and Riverside Maple Farms' maple syrup. Enjoy conversation with the chefs, Gatherer's Granola owner Sandro Gerbini, and Riverside Maple Farms owner Chris Welch during each course, exploring the process of creating granola and maple and the development of the dishes using these ingredients.
