The Mendelssohn Club of Albany will perform its traditional holiday concert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, December 8th The Egg Center for the Performing Arts.
This year's theme, Favorite Holiday Songs, will feature a wide range of familiar and new holiday songs. To help celebrate, the choir will be joined by guest artist Vocal Point and Soprano Carla Fisk. Vocal Point are a select choir from South Glens Falls Central School District. The group recently opened for Foreigner and Loverboy at SPAC. Carla Fisk has performed in many operas in Europe and the United States and has been a guest of the club at previous concerts.
