    FREE family fun for everyone! Featuring Schoharie County's first ever Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics. You don't want to miss it!

    February 8 from 11am- 3pm at NY Power Authority Blenheim- Gilboa Visitors Center and Mine Kill State Park

    Activities at NY Power Authority:

    • Meet & greet and photos with "frozen" Ice Queen and Forest Protector (noon- 2pm)
    • Snow Sculpture Contest with Prizes
    • Dog Sled Rides and Demonstrations
    • Maple Syrup & Honey Making Demonstrations
    • Storytelling and Live Music with Story Laurie
    • Exhibits, crafts and food

    Activities at Mine Kill State Park:

    • Polar Plunge into the Schoharie Reservoir to benefit Special Olympics
    • Pancake Breakfast (starting at 9:30am during Polar Plunge registration)
    • Broom Hockey
    • Snowshoe Races
    • Sled Bowling
    • Guided Hikes to NY Power Authority

    And it's all FREE!
