Need a bit of mindfulness and zen in the middle of your work week? This class, taught by the talented Cheryl Williams, is meant for all levels from beginner to advanced in both yoga and meditation. Class begins with a 15-minute meditation to help students ground their bodies and center their minds. The asana (movement) encourages students to mindfully move with their breath, with intention and awareness. The class focuses on alignment, building strength, balance, flexibility and organized movement of energy in the body.
