  • Overview

Join us on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Jennings Landing, for an extraordinary event organized by the Myanmar Multiethnic Sociocultural Association and Multiethnic community living in the Capital Region. Experience the vibrant culture of Myanmar (Burma), immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Myanmar with a unique blend of Myanmar Classical Hand Drumming and Modernity.
Witness the revival of Thingyan splendor as we bring you an array of multiethnic performances that will transport you to the heart of Myanmar Thingyan (Water Festival). Given the circumstances that prevented us from celebrating the traditional Thingyan water festival in April, we are eager to gather the Myanmar multiethnic community, as well as all American communities, to come together and celebrate this joyous occasion.
Be captivated by the enhancing rhythms of Myanmar classical music and graceful movements of traditional multiethnic dance performances.
Groove to the beats of modern music as we infuse contemporary vibes into the event.
Join in the fun with our WATER SPLASH segment, a nod to the traditional Thingyan water festival, symbolizing purification and washing away of one's sins and bad luck.
Treat your taste buds to a variety of authentic Myanmar Foods. From traditional dishes to popular street food, there's something to satisfy every palate.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Myanmar Heritage Spectacle. Let's Celebrate the Fusion of Tradition!
