    Relax and leave the cooking to Executive Chef Michael St. John C.E.C. and his culinary team at our popular Easter Buffet. Held in our beautiful indoor Fort Orange Courtyard and Koi Pond area, this delicious buffet features all of your holiday favorites. Seating times are 10-11AM and 1-2PM. $53 adults, $25 for children ages 5 to 12, and free for children under 5. New for 2025, add-on an open bar package that includes bottomless mimosas, bloody mary’s, wine by the glass and house pour cocktails – all for $13 per person.*
