The business meeting starts at 7:00 p.m., followed by Kevin Wilson’s discussion of his book manuscript, “Sully’s Squad,” about his uncle Salvatore “Sullivan” Fringi who was a Sargent in the Army First Division “Big Red One” and paid the ultimate sacrifice in the Sicilian campaign, the Italian Resistance who helped create obstacles for the Germans during the occupancy at the end of September l943, and his Italian ancestors who arrived from Ariano Irpino through Naples to Granville, NY to work in the quarries. Mr. Wilson’s manuscript is currently in editing for book publication. He will also discuss his creative process from character structure to book design. Free and open to the public.
