    Spc. Abigail Rose Jenks was an artist and paratrooper who tragically lost her life serving in the Army while on duty at Ft.Bragg, NC. Abby was the first female to enlist as a paratrooper in the combat role in the capital region area. Growing up she had a love for art and drawing. Drawing a hummingbird at the age of 8, Abigail began her love of creating art. Her love of animals inspired many of her pieces. She decided to serve her country in 2018 after she graduated from high school with her family military influence. Her life and light continues through her passion of art. As one of the best who served the American Military, Abigail is now honored as America sees her timeless works
