The American Italian Heritage Museum presents the artwork of Cynthia Romano as its Special Exhibit for February and March. The large wall art pieces capture “Beauty in the Ordinary,” a collection of paintings with the primary theme of nature – from harvesting wheat to a farmer’s market to a bouquet of sunflowers.
Cynthia grew up on Long Island, and now lives in Rexford, N.Y. With a Fine Arts Degree and a Masters Degree in Education, she combined her passion for art with teaching and guided many of her students in building their portfolios. In 2021, Cynthia opened The Blooming Artist in Clifton Park, a gallery and art instruction center. The gallery showcases the sculptures and paintings of local artists and their various artistic mediums and styles. Art classes are offered in a range of techniques.
