What is a financial wellness program?
Our Financial Wellness Program is a no-cost benefit available to any Company/Business and their Employees. Through this program, employees will have exclusive access to special banking discounts, financial tools, resources, 1:1 financial wellness review, and much more.
What is the biggest advice that you have for people who find themselves with less or more money than they are used to because of the pandemic?
We can provide a seminar focusing on “How to Manage Funds During a Crisis”. Everyone has been financially impacted because of this pandemic. Some find themselves with less money (job loss, furloughed, company/business closing) and others are finding themselves with more money (hazard pay, overtime, or a side hustle). Everyone’s financial journey is different – our program focuses on individual goal(s) and concern(s) enabling us to create a financial journey with recommendations and solutions specific to individual needs.

How have your efforts to reach the community with this information adapted during these times?
Because of COVID-19 and our current environment, we have embraced the benefits of the virtual world. Utilizing the Web-Ex and Zoom platforms enable us to safely deliver our financial wellness seminars, provide 1:1 financial wellness reviews, open accounts, as well as schedule virtual appointments or in Branch appointments. We can also provide a URL, allowing employees to go on-line, in the comfort and safety of their own homes, to open accounts, schedule appointments or review current offers and tips on improving their financial wellness.

An important part of our Financial Wellness Program is our commitment to helping employees improve their financial wellness through ongoing engagement. This includes educational seminars- that are delivered virtually for the workplace. Choose a topic or topics and we will set up a time that is convenient for you and your employees. These sessions are recorded for future reference or to be distributed to employees unable to make the initial session.
