  • A sales and services team approach to site selection, itinerary development, support services, and marketing right through the execution of your program.
  • Complimentary Save-the Date marketing pieces, referral of all support services proposals including signage, transportation, A/V, entertainment, and catering among others.
  • Assistance with off-site proposals; from day trips to galas, we can provide the referral! Our 300 members can provide almost any imaginable service!
  • Assistance with solicitation for group rates and discounts.
  • Public and community relations assistance: media list, development and dispersal of press release.
