- Provide detailed Albany facility information tailored to your sporting event needs that includes development of comprehensive Albany proposals and accommodations presentations for your consideration.
- Coordinate individual site inspections of Albany hotels, sporting venues, attractions, and points of interest.
- Identify area activities, events and programs that suit your event's attendees.
- Design and develop attendance building and event marketing - customized electronic support by combining your tournament message along with our Albany message helps you represent a dynamic sports tournament destination.
- Prepare and provide custom tailored maps and directions for travel between venue(s) and hotels, as well as from the Albany International Airport and Rensselaer Rail Station.
- Provide staffed, visitor resource center set up at your tournament site during peak hours to provide athlete and family assistance, travel information, tour suggestions, directions, restaurant menus, visitor guides and more.
