Before you commit endless hours and energy to finding the right meeting or convention location, you can count on the ACCVB professional sales team to be your go-to team. We are completely knowledgeable about everything Albany and the Capital Region region, and all ACCVB sales services are complimentary, including details about Albany's many fine hotels and meeting facilities, special attractions, and unique meeting locations.
Upon determining your meeting needs, with a click of a button, we can electronically submit your Request for Proposal (RFP) to all of the targeted hotels and/or venues. Knowing your time is precious, we follow through on every facet of your meeting to ensure you have all of the information you need to make the right decision for your organization. Whether you are an experienced meeting planner, or a volunteer committee member, our sales team can assist you every step of the way!

- Serve as your "one call" contact for Albany facilities and services
- Provide detailed Albany facility information tailored to your meeting needs that include development of comprehensive Albany proposals and presentations for your consideration

Complimentary Meeting & Event Planning Assistance is available to you throughout your stay until program completion.
Once your meeting has been booked, you will continue to work with a well-informed creative member of our Meeting and Event Services Team. Our experienced staff members will design and customize complimentary support services and resources that will enhance your overall program. We are an extension of your staff right here in Albany. The following are some of the many services we offer:
- Attendance building strategies and services. This may include an Albany exhibit at your prior year's conference to build awareness and create a buzz of excitement. Please note that restrictions do apply
- Complimentary, on-line marketing that includes a tailored event website that promotes your "Albany" destination. This can be linked directly to your website
- Skilled coordination of all support services proposals; including ground transportation, audio-visual, entertainment, and off-site catering
- Staffed visitor-resource centers set up at your meeting site during your convention to provide guest assistance, travel information, tour suggestions, directions, and restaurant menus and more.
- Public and community relations assistance: media lists, development and dispersal of press releases, welcome letters, proclamations, and/or appearances from local and officials.
