Future Perfect is an artwork exhibit that explores the relationship humans have with the natural world. It aims to inform visitors how we view the past, the present, and how we might imagine the future. Bringing together over twenty visual artists - both contemporary works and works of early twentieth-century documentary photographer Darius Kinsey - the exhibit explores the concept of climate change within multiple frameworks of thinking that will reach out to any visitor, providing for an amazing intellectual and cultural experience.
The museum will serve as a site for reflection, dialogue and artistic exploration, hosting in the fall semester weekly talks, performances, readings and informal conversations related to this subject. Come see these wonderful works and learn its message for yourself.
Admission is free and the museum is open to the public. There will be an artists' reception Friday, September 16, from 5-7pm.
