The Albany County Convention & Visitors Bureau is excited to welcome players, families, friends, and fans to the Federation Tournament of Champions at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY.  Come and cheer on all of the hard working men and women who have made it this far in representing their high schools.

For parking garages in close proximity to the Times Union Center, please click here.  There are also metered parking spots right by the Times Union Center. These spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis throughout the Federation Tournament. The Pay and Display Meters accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) and all U.S. coins except pennies. The Single Space Meters accept only U.S. quarters, gold-colored (Sacagawea and Presidential) dollar coins and CashKeys.  There is no charge for metered spots on Saturday or Sunday.


The Times Union Center is very centrally located in Downtown Albany, with many more attractions within walking distance.  The Empire State Plaza, completed as a vision of Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller in 1978. The Plaza was built not only to serve as government offices, but as a center of arts, culture, and community activity. The New York State Museum (the largest State Museum in the country), the Empire State Art Collection, the Empire State Performing Arts Center (known as The Egg for its unusual and distinctive design), and the New York State Capitol, are all contained at the Plaza.

Located just a short walk from Downtown Albany's Business District is Lark Street, often referred to as the "Greenwich Village" of the Capital Region.  With countless restaurants, cafes, art galleries, boutiques, and more, Lark Street is reminiscent of the great and colorful neighborhoods of Manhattan. Explore Wolf Road, just north of Albany, and you will find many options for shopping and dining, including over 40 restaurants and Colonie Center Shopping Mall featuring L.L. Bean, P.F. Chang's, The Cheesecake Factory, Sephora and Regal Cinemas Stadium 13.
