| The Albany area, and the Times Union Center, are excited to welcome Federation Tournament Basketball players, families, friends, and fans to a weekend of exciting sports! The extravaganza is in Albany from March 23rd to March 25th, 2012 for the Championship Tournament. Come and cheer on all of the elite men and women players representing their high schools. You'll want to stay before or after they play! There are metered parking spots right by the Times Union Center. These spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis throughout the Federation Tournament. The meters take quarters or Cash Key. There is no charge for metered spots on Saturday or Sunday.

Albany, must see - The Empire State Plaza, completed as a vision of Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller in 1978. The Plaza was built not only to serve as government offices, but as a center of arts, culture, and community activity.
