Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Weekend Trip - Sports Travel and Tours

 The 2017 Hall of Fame Weekend will be held July 28-30, with the annual Induction Ceremony

scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 30 at 1:30 p.m. Admission to the Ceremony is free and the Ceremony will be broadcast live on MLB Network. More than 50 Hall of Famers are expected to return for Hall of Fame Weekend, with the full list of returnees to be announced in early July, to honor the Class of 2017 at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. 

 

 

 

 

 

Be there as National Baseball Hall of Fame members make the annual trip to Cooperstown, NY to be part of this special weekend, and attend the weekend's events. Looking to catch some local baseball action for yourself? Enter the Tri-City Valley Cats, a Class A affiliate of the Houston Astros and a member of the 14 team New-York Penn
 League conveniently located just over the river in Troy, NY. Located on Hudson Valley Community College's campus, Joseph L. Bruno Stadium is a 4,500 fixed-seat stadium that opened its doors in June 2002. About a five minute drive from the State Capital, the facility includes 10 luxury suites, a spacious picnic area, and a grass seating berm. "The Joe" has an open air concourse designed to give every seat a great view of the field and an intimate ballpark feel!

 

Albany Dutchmen

 

We have more local action coming at you, this time from the Collegiate Baseball League and
 our very own Albany Dutchmen! The Albany Dutchmen were one of the eight original founding members when this groundbreaking league was formed in 2010. Players must have remaining collegiate eligibility to participate which gives the league a unique flare. Stop by a Dutchmen game and see players from our local colleges including, the College of Saint Rose, University at Albany and Siena College. Games are held at Bellizzi Stadium occurring almost daily. Sunday games are held at 5:05pm and Monday through Saturday games take place at 7:05pm. Do not miss out on a chance to watch some quality baseball this summer right in your backyard!

 

National Baseball Hall of Fame Museum

 

The National Baseball Hall of Fame isn't just a place to host inductions, it is a place to honor the game; the official home of baseball. Take a trip to Cooperstown, NY and see first-hand the
