Krieger Solutions, LLC Offers free Webinar on Leadership Skills
KriegerSolutions will offer the Webinar “Leading and Managing in Difficult Times” on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (Eastern Time). As an introduction to Krieger Solutions’ new webinar series, there is no charge for this webinar. During the Webinar, Alan Krieger will present three critical strategies all leaders need to be successful, and especially in these difficult time. According to Krieger, “these strategies require some initial planning, but once underway actually make it easier and more enjoyable to lead and supervise staff. Getting high performance is the only way to do more with less.” Topics covered in the webinar include strategies to increase performance, motivate staff, lead by listening, and stay ahead of the work.
