Celebrating 20 Years of FREE Entertainment June 4th – August 13th, 2009
Albany, New York – Mayor Jerry Jennings and the City of Albany are pleased to announce the musical line up for the 2009 Alive at Five Concert Series. This series of free, outdoor concerts is celebrating its 20th year of FREE musical performances. Thursday evenings from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. downtown Albany heats up with lively music – a different theme each week! Food and beverage vendors complete the scene for a great way to start your weekend. In 2009, an additional week will be added to the schedule, to offer residents & visitors 11 weeks of FREE summer concerts along the Hudson River. All concerts will be held at Albany Riverfront Park*.
